We had a fantastic morning of talks for all Campaignmaster users, and got some great feedback from you afterwards. We’ve already started to see a lot of people implementing the ideas we shared at In:box 2013, which has led to some great gains in both subscriber lists and reporting statistics.

After sharing the statistic that over 40% of email opens are now occurring on a mobile device, we’ve seen a surge of interest in mobile optimised campaigns. It’s now more important than ever to make sure your email templates are mobile friendly. At In:box 2013 we shared our top ten tips for responsive email design, including single column layouts, tap-friendly buttons, mobile specific content and more.

We also took you through some of the most effective steps for growing your subscriber lists via subscription forms, forward to a friend banners, in-store events etc… and how to get your most active subscribers into ‘the circle of life!’. Just one week on from In:box 2013 and these tips have already led to some noticeable improvements in list growth across the Campaignmaster platform.
