We’d like to say a big, big thanks to all of you that made it down to Inbox 2014 in London last Thursday. We had more fantastic content than ever before, making this year’s Inbox our biggest and best to date with spaces selling-out in record time.

Our new venue went down a treat, and was the perfect location for an exciting afternoon of email talks.

We started things off with ‘The state of the industry’, where we discovered that email dwarfs both social & search in terms of usage with over 188 billion emails sent every day, making email the largest ‘social network’ by far.

Next up we looked into the email engagement process and highlighted areas where you can improve your email workflow to increase the chances of getting your email opened, read and clicked.

We went through some nice easy-wins for subject lines, how to layout enticing creatives, compelling copywriting tips, contextual calls-to-action and how to give your emails a through proof-read and render test.
