When sending regulatory emails or important service messages, you can exclude the opt out link with Campaignmaster. This is not forced for these types of essential communications.
However, for general marketing purposes, including an unsubscribe link is mandatory.

Pricing Based on Email Sends Not Contacts
Our pricing is not based on number of contacts in your account, so you will never be penalised for growing your database. Our fees are determined by the actual number of recipient emails sent, minus bounces and opt outs.
