We’re proud of the unique way our support team operate, so being recognised by BESMA for an award is a great honour.

If you’ve ever been in touch with our support team, you’ll know quite how different we are. We don’t put you in a queue, assign you a ticket or any of that other frustrating support gumpf. You get straight through to our support team, who’ll solve your problem there and then.

What’s more, our support desk is manned by email consultants who eat, sleep and breathe email design, so it’s safe to say they know their stuff. You won’t find any unhelpful script reading drones here!
